Sunshine Projects is Growing — and We Need You!
We’ve officially entered our expansion phase with the purchase of a 15-acre property in Poolesville, MD — a place that will finally become a permanent home for our participants and programs.

With your help, we can transform our new location into a fully built, fully equipped sunshine campus made specifically for our members; adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD).

This capital campaign will fund the construction and build-out of new program spaces — including a technology center, music and art studios, a dance room, a recording studio, agricultural learning areas, and much more — all on-site and purpose-built for our members to thrive.

We’re raising $500,000 in 90 days to help with moving expenses, start of construction, and operational costs — so we can unlock the next chapter of growth, connection, and independence for adults with IDD.
