Free Spirit Zumba Class

 This high-energy fitness/dance class that aims to increase member’s body awareness, balance & stability, flexibility, strength, endurance, speed, coordination, agility & social opportunities. This class is intended for people of all abilities. Those unable to independently follow visual and verbal instructions must attend with a Supporter (volunteer or staff). Music is incorporated into the classes to encourage rhythmic movement and participation!
