Dear Sunshine Families, and Friends,
Welcome to October 2025! Time truly does fly. The weather remains pleasant, and we are grateful for our beautiful new home. The lush greenery adds a sense of peace and tranquility to our daily lives as we gradually adapt to our new space and routines. The increased room for activities has made this transition easier, and our Sunshines feel right at home as they continue to enjoy their daily offerings here.
I also want to acknowledge our lovely and caring staff, who contribute immensely to our daily successes. We are a great team, and I attribute much of the magic we create to their dedication. Many of us wear multiple hats, working tirelessly day and night to ensure Sunshine Projects remain wonderful and strong as we plan for the future and larger adventures.
As we dive in further and become even busier, I wanted to take a moment to remind us all to pay tribute to our dear SP Dad, Jon Yune. Jon came into our lives to help fulfill a promise, and he left us with a gift. His life with us was short but meaningful in many great ways. This October marks the second year of his passing, and even if it feels like it was just yesterday, the fruit of the gift he left behind is turning golden as we continue to thrive even in his absence. The road to many more possibilities he helped open will only continue to remain strong and flourish like a flower that blooms when the raindrops and the sun shines! The seeds get planted in the ground, and a new plant perks up like a smiling child filled with hope and dreams. Sunshine Projects is Jon and my only child—a child that brings wonders to the world of beautiful people who are your sons and daughters. At Sunshine Projects, your sons and daughters are our inspiration. They are like the flowers that bloom when watered with love and care; all their wonders rise up, and they do wonders! Never underestimate Sunshine. Everyone has their own special talent and attributes. When you show them the tools and give them the strength to pull their confidence out, wonders happen. Some may take longer than others, but it only takes an ounce of patience to create a blooming Sunshine. Patience, love, compassion, and room to grow can build a strong person. Give them a chance; persevere. We keep on believing!
Parents, thank you for trusting us with your sons and daughters. We know the task is not easy but we are in this together. We are grateful for your unwavering support and encouragement. You allowing us to share a little moment with your sons and daughters are huge blessings in our lives. We love them so much and we do our best to make sure they are living the best life here Sunshine Projects. At Sunshine Projects, we are a family, we will cry, laugh, eat, enjoy and share life together.
Thank you.
Cheers,
Elma
